Shipping conditions
Shipping costs are included in the price as advertised only for shipments on the Iberian Peninsula.
For all other destinations, consult prices at info@brinesorganicfruits.com. Cash-on-delivery shipments have additional costs that will be indicated upon receipt of order.
Oranges will be collected from the tree the morning after the day you place your order, except for orders placed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, which will be collected the following Monday and dispatched immediately.
If the weather conditions do not allow for collection on the scheduled day (oranges must be dry for good conservation), we will pick them and ship them on the first business day with favourable weather. Any weather problems will be notified to you.
Shipping contracted by Brines Organic Fruits is a 24/48 hour (working days) delivery service. However, incidents may occur beyond our control that may delay delivery. Any such delays are not under our control. But in all cases, we will look after our customers’ interests and put pressure on the transporter to speed up deliveries as far as possible.
The shipper has access to the details of the customer's address, telephone number and email, permitting them to contact customers and agree on delivery dates and times.
Should you receive a box in poor condition due to transport, please indicate this on your delivery note, sign it and accept delivery, but take a photo and email us at info@brinesorganicfruits.com indicating in the subject line “Shipping claim". In your email, briefly describe the defects you have seen, attach your photos and indicate whether you want us to send you a new order or refund your payment.
If for any other reason our oranges are not to your liking, contact us and we will offer you a solution.
