Of course, get in touch with us and we will attend to your specific needs. The larger the quantity, the cheaper we can make the shipment.

We do not have pre-collected fruit; we will pick it from the tree the morning after the order day, except for orders placed on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, which will be collected the following Monday and shipped immediately.

If weather conditions do not allow the fruit to be harvested on the scheduled day (it must be dry for good preservation), we will harvest and ship it on the first business day when the weather is favorable. We will notify you of any inclement weather.

The transport contracted by Brines Organic Fruits is a 24/48 hour delivery service (business days); however, there may be some incidents beyond our control that could delay delivery. In case of delays, let us know to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

In your customer area, you can check the tracking number for each package sent. On the other hand, the carrier usually sends an email with the information (check your spam if you don’t see it). If you have problems with the transport, contact us and we will try to resolve the incident.

If you receive the box in poor condition due to transport, indicate this on the carrier’s delivery note, sign and accept the delivery, take some photos, and write us an email to info@brinesorganicfruits.com indicating “Transport Claim” in the subject line. In the email, briefly describe the defects found, attach the photos, and indicate whether you want us to send you a new order or refund your money.

If for any other reason, the fruit is not to your liking, please contact us and we will offer you a solution.

You must take them out of the closed box so that they can air out. They can be stored in a cool, dry place at room temperature, wrapped in newspaper or in the refrigerator. Check their condition often in case any piece spoils; remove it immediately to prevent the others from spoiling as well.

From our experience, most mandarins and clementines last in good condition up to 20 days after harvesting, and most oranges and lemons last up to 30 days or even more. However, that does not mean that some may spoil sooner. Brines citrus fruits are organic and therefore we do not apply chemical products after harvest, nor have they been stored in cold storage, which is why they arrive very fresh at your home, but it is also more difficult to detect if any piece has a defect that spoils it sooner. That’s why they are so good!

If you see that the skin is spoiling a lot and you are not going to be able to consume them, you can freeze their juice and use it in smoothies or ice cream.

For your own health and that of others. Out of respect for the environment. Certified organic fruit means that only products that are respectful of health and the environment are used; that the periods between their application and harvesting are respected; and that we do not use post-harvest products. Therefore, you can consume all the fruit, including the skin, with complete peace of mind; you will simply need to wash it with water.
