We do not have pre-collected fruit; we will pick it from the tree the morning after the order day, except for orders placed on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, which will be collected the following Monday and shipped immediately.<\/p>

If weather conditions do not allow the fruit to be harvested on the scheduled day (it must be dry for good preservation), we will harvest and ship it on the first business day when the weather is favorable. We will notify you of any inclement weather. <\/p>

The transport contracted by Brines Organic Fruits is a 24\/48 hour delivery service (business days); however, there may be some incidents beyond our control that could delay delivery. In the email, briefly describe the defects found, attach the photos, and indicate whether you want us to send you a new order or refund your money. <\/p>

You must take them out of the closed box so that they can air out. They can be stored in a cool, dry place at room temperature, wrapped in newspaper or in the refrigerator. From our experience, most mandarins and clementines last in good condition up to 20 days after harvesting, and most oranges and lemons last up to 30 days or even more. However, that does not mean that some may spoil sooner. Brines citrus fruits are organic and therefore we do not apply chemical products after harvest, nor have they been stored in cold storage, which is why they arrive very fresh at your home, but it is also more difficult to detect if any piece has a defect that spoils it sooner. That’s why they are so good! <\/p>
